feature

using teamwork to overcome time constraints

Technology plays a part in all programs, and BAE Systems always strives to improve technical proficiency to make processes both efficient and effective. An example of new strides in technology, the Bradley A3 Systems Engineering team successfully designed an interface system that allowed a smooth transition from the vehicle's Command and Control digital messaging to the Army's new Force Battle Command Brigade and Below software.

The team managed to complete concept exploration, document development and system design within the required time frame of three months. They obtained buy-in on their design from other companies involved while at the same time meeting the Army's Bradley A3 system requirements. Their teamwork produced a system that was more than ready to support the Bradley A3's Initial Operational Test and Evaluation.
